Job Position: Operations Manager
Requirements
• Master's degree, preferably an MBA;
• A minimum of five years of progressive experience related to operations and human resource management in a multi-cultural environment;
• Having a large network in Nepal with regards to HR;
• Proven ability to independently execute human resource planning, recruitment and placement;
• Demonstrable ability to engage with staff and provide transparent and unbiased advise to line management;
• Exposed not only to assessment of professional competencies and performances, but having the ability to translate these into a reward system and personal development plans;
• Skilled in maintaining and updating databases (pool management) and produce quality reports;
• Track record in ensuring compliance to organisational existing systems and processes;
• Ability to interpret financial data for planning and monitoring purposes ;
• Proven ability and skills to respectfully deliberate and discuss on issues;
• Strong analytical skills;
• English language comprehension and writing fluency;
• Excellent computer skills and proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint;
• Aspiring for excellence in service delivery with strong people centred skills, and interpersonal skills, committed, pro-active and dynamic.
