USAID's Knowledge-based Integrated Sustainable Agriculture and Nutrition (KISAN) project has the objective to sustainably reduce poverty and hunger in Nepal by achieving inclusive growth in the agriculture sector, increasing income of farm families and improving nutritional status, especially of women and children. KISAN works in 20 districts namely Achham, Baitadi, Dadeldhura, Doti, Kanchanpur, Kailali, Banke, Bardiya, Surkhet, Dailekh, Jajarkot, Dang, Rukum, Rolpa, Pyuthan, Salyan, Kapilvastu, Arghakhanchi, Gulmi and Palpa. KISAN invites application from the qualified young, energetic and self-motivated Nepali citizens to fill the following positions:
1. Agricultural Program Officers (APO) - 14 (District-based)
Minimum Bachelors degree in Agricultural Sciences (Agronomy or Horticulture) with 2 years' experience in related field.
2. Accountant cum M & E Associate - 20 (District-based)
Minimum Bachelors degree in management/commerce with 2 years' experience in related field.
