Habitat for Humanity Nepal (HFHN) operates as part of an international network with a common objective of reducing poverty and eliminating substandard housing and homelessness from the world. HFHN's objective is to ensure that enhanced shelter security through access to land tenure and safe, decent, affordable housing is incorporated within a broader program of community development. We are currently seeking a Media Relations and Event Management Consultant to support with the media relations for the Jimmy & Rosalynn Carter Work Project (JRCWP) and event management for the fifth Asia-Pacific Housing Forum (APHF5).
Job Position: Media Relations and Event Management Consultant
Minimum qualifications:
• Bachelor's degreewith three years applied experience working with media and securing coverage in Nepal and two years' experience of working in/with the non-profit sector in Nepal.
• Designed and executed event(s) in Nepal attended by over 500 delegates.
• Fluency in Nepali and English.
