Nepal Academy of Science and Technology (NAST) invites application from interested candidates for the position of Research Grant Program Manager for effective and smooth implementation of Climate Change Research Grant Program under the coordination of Nepal Climate Change Knowledge Management Center (NCCKMC).
Job Position: Program Manager
Requirements
• Minimum of Masters in Environment, Science or other field related to climate change, PhD preferred
• Expert knowledge in climate change adaptation and experience in producing related to change
• Minimum of ten years experience in managing programs on climate change and/or environment including managing grants, working with international organizations and preparing documents for publication
• Network of contacts in academic field and experience collaborating on research projects
• Knowledge of climate change policy and programs in Nepal gained through project or other work experiences
• Excellent communication skills in both Nepali and English languages
