Sales Executive/ Senior Sales Executive Wanted

Job Title:                      Sales Executive/ Senior Sales Executive
Base Location:              Kathmandu
Industry:                      Sales profiles preferably in Garments/ Garments Accessories industry; Candidates from FMCG, Consumer Durables can also apply.
Educational :                Minimum Graduate
Candidate Profile:       Require candidates who are good in interpersonal, communication, computer, selling & negotiation skills. Strong in customer focus, flexibility and a team player.

KEY REQUIREMENTS
The applicant must have exposure in domestic sales dealing with local distributors and stockist in Kathmandu and have good knowledge of sales process.
Requirements Graduate (Specialization in marketing and sales will be given preference)
4-8 yrs. of experiences preferably in Garments:- zippers, buttons and garments accessories, FMCG products, paints
Salary Package: open to negotiation

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build & manage trust based long term relationships with dealers
- Identify & Develop new streams for revenue growth & maintain relationships with dealers.
- Analyze & review the market response/ requirements.
- To plan trade schemes & promotions & monitor implementation of the same.
- Meeting sales targets.
- Makes telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers.
- Analyzes the territory/market’s potential and determines the value of existing and prospective customer’s value to the organization.
- Supplies management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
