United Insurance Co. (Nepal) Ltd. is looking for self-motivated and self-driven individuals with excellent interpersonal and communication skills for the position(s) listed below. The candidate(s) will be responsible for assisting in efficient and smooth operation of the department concerned, in line with company's strategies and brand standards.
1. Human Resource Department-Head
Qualification: Bachelor's Degree or above in management, preferably in human resource management from recognized university.
Experience: At least 5 years' experience in Human Resource Department.
The incumbent will be responsible for overall human resource management of the company including HR planning, Staffing, Performance Management, Training & Development, Payroll Management etc.
2. Micro Insurance Business-Head
Qualification: Bachelor's degree or above in Finance/ Management/ rural development from a recognized university.
Experience: At least 5 years' experience in Micro Finance companies or similar organizations carrying out micro finance programs.
The incumbent will be responsible for business development of micro insurance including cattle insurance, livestock insurance, crop insurance, agriculture insurance etc and co-ordination with different branches for micro insurance business.
