Job Position: Head-Finance
Reports to: The Chief Executive Officer
Academic Qualification: Possession of Master's degree in Business Administration or Chartered Accountancy.
Work Experience: At least 5 years working experience in Public Limited Company (Preference for worked in Insurance or Financial Institutions) in Finance/Account Department.
Age: Preferably not exceeding 45 Years on the date of this announcement.

Required Key Skills, Qualification, Experience and Attributes:
• Must be experienced in Accounting and Financial Management, Financial reporting, preparation of budgets.
• Sound knowledge of Financial Analysis, Investment and Treasury functions of the Life Insurance Industry.
• Sound knowledge of all applicable acts, rules, regulation, directive etc.
• Ability to lead the department, supervise and train subordinates and direct them towards attaining goals with leading personality, positive attitude, ability to work under pressure, problem solving, friendly.
