Summary of Management responsibilities: Financial, administrative, education and child development, staff training and supervision, coordinate with AmaGhar Board of Directors, Coordinate with Ama Foundation Country Director and fulfill all reporting requirements of the GoN.
Skills needed:
• Leadership and management skills.
• Maturity in decision making
• Commitment to our Mission and transparency in all interactions.
• Strong leadership and training abilities
• Interest and ability to work with children.
• Ability to write and present reports with needed Computer skills.
Eligibility Criteria: Age: 40+
Education: Bachelors +
Experience: Minimum of 10 years management experience.
