It has the vision of "Establishment of Progressive, self-reliant, accountable, equitable, peaceful, and democratic society" through the engagement of youths in various thematic fields including but not limited to governance, urban poverty, advocacy, and policy support.

1. Fund Raising Officer (Nos 1)
Qualification: Masters Degree in any discipline
Experience: At least two years experience in project management and or fund raising
Job Description: To mobilize the local resources through lobby meeting with government bodies, politicians and donor agencies, conducting the different fund raising activities, writing proposal or operating social entrepreneurship programs
Period: August 2014 to August 2015 (1 Year)

Qualification: Recent post graduates in Social science related subjects preferably development studies Period: August 2014 to February 2015 (7 Months)
