Care Development Organization (CDO) Nepal is an NGO dedicated to support poor communities in remote areas of Nepal. Its target geographical is the middle hills; usually the most st disadvantaged area of Nepal.
Post: Administrative & Finance Manager
a) Coordinates and manages the administration, finance, HR, and IT operations.
b) Facilitates the preparation of CDO's plans and programs.
c) Maintains budgetary control and prepares analytical expenditure reports on activities.
d) Ensures adherence to the administrative and logistics procedures and compliance with rules and regulations.
e) Provides administrative and financial advisory services to program staff.
f) Provides human resources function.
g) Assists with proposal development.
Minimum Qualification: BBA/BBS-3yrs experience desirable or MBA
