Job Description: The role of an Operations Manager is to manage and co-ordinate the operational activities of the organization and provides technical/ non-technical guidance to all internal and external customers. He/ She prepares, reviews, recommends and administers operational policies, procedures and ensures compliance of the same. He/ She shall be responsible for HR function and will also liaison with NCHL's member banks & financial institutions. Operation Manager shall report to the CEO and handles team of technical and non-technical staffs.
