Nyaya Health is seeking a paid, full-time Hospital Director to serve as a long-term leader for Bayalpata Hospital, which currently serves as the hub of Nyaya Health's clinical and administrative operations in rural Nepal.
Job Position: Administrative Operations
Must have:
• At least 4 years of management experience
• Bachelor's degree minimum with graduate and clinical training both strongly preferred
• Long-term commitment to working in Nepal
• Ability to solve problems and deliver results on deadline
• Experience as a patient-relationship builder
• Ability to oversee work in multiple domains
• An efficient and inspiring approach to communications
