HELVETAS Swiss Intercooperation is a Swiss non-governmental organization actively contributing to the improvement of the living conditions of poor and disadvantaged people in 32 countries. HELVETAS has been working in Nepal for more than 55 years. Currently, it runs more than fifteen projects in five working areas: Water and Infrastructure, Rural Economy, Environment and Climate, Education and Skills Development, and Governance and Peace.
HELVETAS Swiss lntercooperation is looking for a Country Director for its Nepal Programme. The position requires a visionary leader who is an accomplished and credible manager with a high-level understanding of development issues in Nepal, the region and the global level. The Country Director will work closely with the Programme Coordinator at the HELVETAS Swiss lntercooperation head office in Zurich, Switzerland.
