POSITION DESCRIPTION:
· Conceptualize the broad goals of the PLAY AREA and plan accordingly to ensure that functioning of the play area.
· Manage, evaluate and supervise effective and clear procedures for the operation and functioning of the play area.
· Encourage the use of a variety of instructional strategies and materials consistent with research on the learning, child growth and development.
· Display the highest ethical and professional behavior and standards when working with children, parents and associates.
· Supervise play area facilities, including repairs and minor construction.
Needed Skills:
· Effective communication
· Good command in English and Nepali
· Should be able to maintain good relation with Kids
· Smart and good looking
