USAID's Ghar Ghar Maa Swasthya (GGMS) project, managed by FHI 360, is looking for a qualified, self-motivated and dynamic individual for the following position.
Job Position: Senior Technical Advisor

Role and Responsibility:
he Senior Technical Advisor will play a pivotal role in ensuring this project responsible for overseeing program activities, including marketing planning. health product promotion, social franchising, capacity building, behavior change communication, and research programs. In addition, the selected individual will serve as acting Chief of Party when the project's Chief of Party is out of station.
Education Qualifications:
• Master's degree (marketing, management. development, business or related field)
Professional Experience
• At least 10 years working experience in a senior position in areas of marketing management, social marketing, institutional development or behavior change communication projects
• Experience with managing institutional capacity-building programs and providing organizational mentoring
• Experience in designing and implementing marketing campaigns in developing countries
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, supervisory, and organizational skills
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, supervisory, and organizational skills
• Excellent writing, editorial, oral presentation, and communication skills
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Nepali languages
• Experience in group facilitation skill is highly desirable
• Experience in working with USAID projects is highly desirable
