One of the Multi-National Paint Company in Nepal requires potential and competitive candidate for its Supply Chain department to handle the responsibilities of Store Assistant.
Job Title: Sr. STORE ASSISTANT (one)
Dept.: Supply Chain
Location: Hetauda (Can be posted anywhere in Nepal)
Reporting: Supply Chain Executive
Education: Graduate (BBS or BBA)
Experience: 1-2 years of experience on Warehouse Management & Store (preferably in FMCG Industry)
Age Criteria: Below 30 Years
Benefits Package: (15-18) monthly gross plus other benefits

Key Responsibilities:
- Billing/Invoicing, Dispatching of good as per delivery Challan, Receiving Orders etc.
- Coordination with Factory Sales Dealer
- Receiving Finished Goods from Factory
- Raising of Indents and Loading and Unloading of Goods
- Supervising duties of loading workers and Pick up van drivers.
- Planning of Delivery Schedule and Monthly Physical Stock Verification
- Preparation of Credit/Debit Note and Stock Reconciliation
- Maintaining Dispatch Register
- Stock arrangement in FIFO method
- Preparation Leakage and Damage Reports
Key Skills and Abilities:
- Good Supervision and Commanding Skills with flexible working Time
- Excellent communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Should have knowledge of Accounting Software
- Positive Attitude with good Accounting Skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good Knowledge of Spreadsheet and Database.
Preference will be given to the local area people.
