Job Position: Customer Service Executive

Age: Above 18 yrs
Education: Ongoing Graduate
Experience: Would be an added advantage but not a condition
Working Hours: 8 hours
Working Station: Birgunj
Salary Range: NRS. 8,000 per month

Essential Job Function:
- Receive customer complaints related to service & forward to concerned.
- Maintain a track record of all complaints/queries & prepare reports related to the same.
- Improve customer satisfaction through implementation of various customer care system.
- Take feedback from customer after repairing of vehicle and forward to SM if any complain/issue and keep record.
- Take feedback from all customer within 72 hours of completion of job in case of major repair work.
- Inform customer regarding promotional activities like Service Campaign/Mega Campaign.
- Assign vehicle booking and inform SA/SE and security guard and keep records.
- Ensure proper cleanliness of Customer lounge.
- Ensure refreshments (tea/coffee/water/reading materials etc) are taken care for all workshop visiting customer
- Additional work assigned by immediate Manager/Management.
- Coordinate in organizing service promotion activities like Service campaign, Mega Campaign & Customer meet.
Essential Job Specification:
- Intermediate (Management) pass
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Package (Word, Excel etc..)
- Pleasant Personality
- Fluent and Clarity in communicating (speaking)
- Excellent telephone handling skill
