For Key Accounts Manager-Sales Function
Responsibilities:
· Develop plan on monthly/quarterly basis to deliver full year priorities
· Track & monitor performance of individual Key Outlets as well as team members
· Build amazing relationships with Key outlets & lead in terms of visibility
· & point of sales
· Drive business within the AR policy of company
· Design appropriate RTM and ensure availability of products in all Key outlets
· Lead Key Accounts team to ensure plans are effectively executed in Key outlets
· Coordinate with Distributors for effective distribution in Key outlets
· Coordinate with Key Accounts team to support them to increase point of sales in Modern Trade
· Execute consumer promotions or initiatives in Key outlets as signed
· Coordinate with other functions for smooth working processes
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Required:
· Should be an MBA in Sales & Marketing
· At least 4 years’ relevant experience
· Proficiency in written & spoken English
· Computer Skills
· Proven track record of success in handling Key Accounts
· Demonstrated ability of developing/training staff in his/her area to meet future demands
· Leadership ability and proven aptitude to motivate the Team
For HR Services Manager
Responsibilities:
· Adapt Group Strategy for Region
· Manage Implementation against HR Strategy
· Provide input into HR best practice guidelines/ policies
· Co-ordinate and support the Country Grading and remuneration systems.
· Co-ordinate Country/Division Training and Development
· Support Country Progression and Succession planning systems.
· Support other Competencies to achieve their business goals
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Required:
· Bachelor's Degree in any field with post graduate HR qualification
· 3 to 4 years of HR exposure
· Experience in the full range of HR - HR services; legal; employee relations; HR systems; staffing and talent management, including recruitment rung leadership ability and the ability to achieve results through teams.
· Ability to work in a team and facilitate the building of the team
