One of the internationally recognized Insurance Company in Nepal requires potential and competitive candidate for its Operation department to handle the responsibilities of Office Assistant.

Job Title: Office Assistant
Dept.: General Operation
Location: Kathmandu
Reporting: Branch Manager
Education: Graduate (BBA/BBS)
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in banking or Insurance
Age Criteria: 22-30 years
Deadline to apply: 13 July 2013
Key Responsibilities:
Will be responsible for completion of the jobs allotted within the given time frame.
Will maintain discipline as per the Conduct and discipline rules of the Company.

Functions profile
· Underwriting : preparing insurance policy in computer (English and Nepali)
· Claim : Processing/ checking of claim documents/files
· Typing letters in English and Nepali
· Preparing statement/schedule in Excel

Supervisory skills
· Team building skills
· Problem solving skills
· Basic counseling skills
· Negotiations skills
· Effective verbal and listening
Communications skills
Typing in English and Nepali
Basic computer knowledge including MS office

Skills including the ability to
· Prepare reports, proposals, policies and procedures effective public relations and public speaking skills
· Research and program development skills
· Time management skills
