RESPONSIBILITIES:The Finance and Compliance Manager will be responsible for all aspects of financial management of the country program, ensuring compliance with Mercy Corps internal policies and procedures as well as government and donor regulations. S/he is member of country management team. S/he will supervise all finance staff and lead country program’s financial functions.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Minimum Five years of relevant experience and a degree in accounting or a relevant business field.
Professional Qualification such as CA/ACCA/CPA is preferable.
This is a Kathmandu based position and requires frequent field travels.
