Job Position: Management Representative (MR)
Work Station: Kathmandu

Job Responsibilities:
• Conduct Weekly Corporate Management Team (CMT) Meetings and Prepare Minutes.
• Monitor the Activity according to minutes and get update of the tasks/goals.
• Collect Weekly/Monthly Performance and other reports from each department.
• Analyze and archive the collected reports.
• Assist HR Department in Conducting Strategic Workshops.
• Cascade down and monitor the Goals from Strategic Workshop to the concerned authorities.
Required Qualification: MBA (Preferably with specialization in Human Resource Management) or Bachelor's Degree in Management with minimum 1 year of experience in HR Department.
Competencies Required:
• Fluent written and oral communication ability (English & Nepali).
• Excellent interpersonal skills and leadership skills.
• Ability to effectively organize and prioritize workflow.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Strong Computer skills i.e. Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.
• Dynamic, proactive &
• Proper time management skills.
