For General Manager 
Education: University Degree in Business Administration 
Experience: more than 4 years of experience in similar capacity (preferably in foreign Trade,                             manufacturing and order processing) 
Age Criteria: No bar

Key Responsibilities:
- Being able to manage and lead a team of people of various background and skill level, ensuring productivity and positive environment, identifying and resolving issues, and inspire a healthy work place culture. 
- Ability to identify and promote the best in the people you work with so they are functioning at highest level possible.
- Candidate should be culturally sensitive and have a positive and respectful attitude towards everyone he works with.
- Assist in establishing of a new headquarter office, assist in recruiting qualified candidates. 
- Understand and help facilitate staffing needs (managing employee’s salary payments, daily work schedule and 
- Manage all office personnel and be the first point of contact for day to day issues
- Ensure performance management of all staff
- Establish policies and procedures for each department to create effective workflows
- Ensure quality control by working with order processors to analyze orders and minimize risk of errors before sending the orders to the factory
- Order processing and analysis with exceptionally high degree of attention to detail required. 
- Helping to build and lead a highly functional team of order processors responsible for high end and highly detailed Hand knotted carpet order processing and analysis,
- Quality checking order’s in pre-production (artwork and color checking), In production (weaving, washing), and post production (finishing and shipping)
- Production communication and relations. This will require good people skills, and dealing with complex issues and finding ways to resolve them while keeping the integrity and positivity of the relationships intact.  

Key Skills and Abilities:
- Must have prior staff management experience
- Confident, organized, self-starter
- Goal oriented and task focused person with sound knowledge of work ethic to consider the results in high performance and dedication to high quality work
- Should pose positive attitude on tasks and detail oriented focusing to meet frequent deadlines
- Should be able to lead team with good Supervision and Commanding Skills with an excellent level of motivation.
- Excellent communication and Interpersonal Skills

Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel

Remuneration & Benefits:
Monthly Salary: Depends on qualification and experience, but will pay at the high end of the market. 
Leave: Standard for Nepal.
Medical facility: at the high end of market standard for Nepal.
Other allowances: To be discussed, but for the right candidate, we would make sure they are incentivized and taken care of.

Key Responsibilities:
- Order Processing and Analysis: New orders received on a daily basis will be highly detailed and require methodical and sharp examination and analysis to assure client goal for their order, including design execution and delivery deadlines is accurate to the overall goal, and communicated to factory correctly. 
- Order Follow Up means requesting updates from factory or in cases where needed, checking the order in person, to assure quality, design execution, materials placement, size, and schedule are all where they need to be to deliver the order correctly and on time. 
- Quality control should be done at every point in production, including dyeing (to make sure color and yarn quality are accurate), graph approval, weaving, washing, and finishing. 
- Communication: One of the most important responsibilities for this position will be communication. We are serving an international audience that demands excellence and 100% professionalism, so each and every communication (email) must be focused, clearly written, specific, exact, and provide pertinent information in a professional and positive manner. 
- Working Culture/Environment: Whether with colleagues in the office, or with factory counterparts, the candidate should be working in a professional and productive manner. Finding win-win solutions to issues, and fostering positive working relationships.
- Issue Solutions: The candidate should have a mind for problem solving, and looking for best solution options to every issue that comes up. 

Functions / Day to day activities: 
Order Processing:
- Order processing and analysis with exceptionally high degree of attention to detail required. 
- Order Updating: On a daily basis the candidate will be requesting and following up to learn where their orders are in production process, and checking thoroughly that orders are on time and executed correctly. 
- Quality checking order’s in pre-production (artwork and color checking), In production (weaving, washing), and post production (finishing and shipping)
- Production communication and relations. This will require good people skills, and dealing with complex issues and finding ways to resolve them while keeping the integrity and positivity of the relationships intact.  
- Communication: Emails updating clients on their orders will be among the most important duties for this position. As issues come up, we will need to communicate in an expert, confident, professional, and clear manner. Training will be provided, but candidate must grasp the importance and be able to follow protocol perfectly.
