Practical Action is a not for profit, non-government organisation registered as a charity in the UK (number 247257). It was established by Dr. E.F. Schumacher in 1966. The Organisation aims to eradicate poverty in developing countries by developing and using technology, demonstrating results, sharing knowledge and influencing others. Its Head Office is in the UK and has overseas offices in Bangladesh, Kenya, Nepal, India, Peru, Sri Lanka, Sudan, and Zimbabwe. Practical Action seeks to recruit staff for its Regional Office South Asia, Nepal for the following positions:
1. Project Manager (one in Chitwan)
2. Monitoring and Evaluation Officer (one each in Kathmandu and Nepalgunj)
