Job Title: Store Assistant
Grade: IV
Department: Supply Chain
Location: Pokhara & Nepalgunj (Can be posted anywhere in Nepal)
Age: Below 30 yrs
Reporting to: Supply Chain Executive
Requirements: BBS with 1-2 yrs of experiences preferrably in FMcG industry

Package: 16-20 K Monthly Gross plus other benefits (Conditions apply)

Key Responsibilities
1 Billing / Invoicing
2 Despatch of goods as per delivery challan
3 Receiving Orders.
4 Coordination with Factory, Sales, Dealer.
5 Receiving finished goods from factory.
6 Raising of Indents
7 Entry of payment in system
8 Loading & unloading of goods
9 Supervising duties of loading workers and pick up van drivers
10 Planning of delivery schedule
11 Monthly Physical stock verification
12 Preparation of Credit/Debit Note
13 Stock Reconciliation
14 Maintaining despatch register
15 Stock arrangement in FIFO method.
16 Preparation of leakage and damage reports

5 Should have knowledge of acoounting software.
