ActionAid is a global federation committed to finding sustainable solution to end poverty and injustice. With 45 national member and country programmes worldwide, ActionAid focuses the majority of its resources on working with millions of the poorest and most excluded women, men and children. ActionAid started working in Nepal in 1982 visioning 'A Nepal without poverty and injustice in which every person enjoys their right to a life of dignity". ActionAid International Nepal's (AAIN) mission is to work with people living in poverty and excluded people to eradicate poverty and injustice through human rights based approach to development.
