Job Specification
- Experience in a procurement role in the related areas.
- Experience of using world class professional procurement tools and techniques.
- Experience in running a structured tender exercise for products or services.
- Have lead successful supplier negotiations with third party companies.
- Experience of handling NRs.100 million procurement in year in different varieties of product will be added an advantage.
Job Description
- Dealing with vendor to ensure and sustainable supply chain.
- Conducting Market survey and price negotiation.
- To manage tender bidding for hospital equipments medicines, other consumables, and any other supplies.
- Product research and its application in Hospital.
- Assessment, controlling and monitoring entire procurement system and stock management.
- Coordinating with all departments.
- Providing strategic input to management.
- Reporting to top management regarding material status of Hospital.
- To work closely with both other functions and the business areas of the hospital to support the growth of the Hospital.
- To negotiate with supplier to deliver best value to the Hospital.
- To negotiate, implement and manage supply agreements for the Hospital.
- To prepare and present supply strategies for the products which insure an ongoing delivery of Quality Product with a secure but cost competitive supply in the Hospital.
Other Specific Requirements
- 5 years and above managerial role in similar field.
