Career Opportunity in Rural Microfinance Development Centre Ltd. (RMDC)

Rural Microfinance Development Centre Ltd. (RMDC), a wholesale lending organization of microfinance in Nepal, invites applications from suitable and qualified candidates for the following position. Position Title : Officer 

Required Number : Few 

Age : 18-40 years

Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Identify potential MP's for RMDC partnership 

• Institutional assessment & loan appraisal of RMDC's partner MFIs 

• Maintain accounting and book keeping 

• Supervise and monitor RMDC's partner MFIs 

• Work for strengthening the capacities of RMDC's partner MFIs 

• Readiness for frequent field visits 

• Perform other assigned duties. 

Required qualification and experience: 

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Humanities or Management or Agricultural Economics or Rural Development or Sociology 

• Should have minimum two years working experiences in banks and the financial institutions

• Should have computer application (MS Office) training 

• Should have excellent command in Nepali and English (both writing & speaking) 

• Excellent interpersonal/communication skills.
