CE Construction Pvt. Ltd., a corporate holding company founded in 1992 with general contracting and construction as it core area of operations is looking for a competent, committed, and result oriented candidates for the following position.
Post Title: Construction Manager

Major Responsibilities include:-
• Project scheduling and its monitoring for several running projects
• Human resource management for several projects
• Equipment, tools management
• Monitor the preparations of project financials (contract account, project estimates, budgeted and actual cash flows)
• Proper monitoring of quality, time and cost of the project
Job specifications:-
• Should possess master degree in Construction Management and bachelors degree in Civil Engineering
• Should have 10 years of experience in relevant position
• Should be proficient in MS Project
• Should have sound knowledge and experience of Contract administration
• Should have knowledge on quality of building products and human resource management
• Applicants should be between 38-48 years age group
