FN Nepal is looking for hard working, self-starter, with a dynamic attitude and leadership qualities who is ready to play a key role in developing the management aspects of the organization, ensuring effective M & E and providing a key role in diversification of funds.

The ideal candidate has a strong background and experience in most of the following: sustainable agriculture/livelihood, micro-finance and women empowerment, health and education sectors.
Required Qualification and Experience
• Bachelor's degree in agriculture, forestry, and master's degree in rural/community development.
• At least 5 years work experience at officer level in NGOs /INGOs in related sectors in rural Nepal in general and Karnali Zone in particular
• Competent in project management with M & E experience
• Effective spoken and written communication skills in both English and Nepali
• Experience in fund raising
• Excellent computer skills
