Himalayan Bank Limited is looking for highly competent, energetic and self motivated Nepalese citizens for the position of Information Security Officer (ISO).

Education /Certification:
• At least Bachelor's degree in IT related subject. Preference will be given to candidate(s) having Master's degree in IT
• Certification like CISM/CISA/CISSP, is desirable.
Work Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience (Preferably in Banking Sector) in IT Security and Risk Management, Security Policy Development and Implementation, Vendor Negotiation, Vulnerability and Compliance Management, IT Audit and Service Level Agreement (SLA) Management, Assets Identification and Management, Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Planning. Candidate should preferably have worked on at least two end-to-end IT audit processes.
Candidate should possess knowledge and understanding of IT management, information security and risk management framework/standards like COBIT, ITIL/ISO 20000, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, ISO 22301 ,and related Nepal Rastra Bank's guidelines.
The applicant must have knowledge and understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), IT Operations, data centre operation, data encryption and key management. IT Project Management, IT Hardware and Software Acquisition, Vendor Relationship Management and IT auditing / compliance, generally accepted information security principals and industry practices.
Other Requirements:
• Proficient in documentation and communication skills
• Excellent skill in presentation
• Excellent skill in working with vendors and third party solution providers
• Experience with Payment Card Industry - Data Security Standard (PCI DSS)
Age: Candidate must be at least 21 years of age
