The Airport Hotel, a multi starrer deluxe Hotel is looking for a suitable candidates to be the part of its team and take the responsibility as:

1. Human Resources Manager
2. Night Executive

For Human Resources Manager 
The Candidate should be self-motivated and competent enough to handle HR functions. H/she will be responsible for
- Carrying out various HR operations- performance management manpower planning, training and development etc.
- Handling Industrial Relation Issues, coordination legal affairs.
- Property managing administrative functions- attendance and leaves, welfare activities, benefits management, documentations etc.
- Creating a good working environment and team based organization.

For Night Executive  
- Handling entire Front Office and operation.
- Monitor night staff performance, attendance activities and guest relation.
- Night Auditing.

The HR candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree in HRD or any discipline with legal background will be given preference. A proven record of minimum 5 years of experience handling the responsibilities similar to above mentioned position.

The Night Executive should hold a BHM or equivalent with strong operational background. A proven record of minimum 5 years of experience of front office department in star Hotel handling the responsibilities similar to above mentioned position.
