Voluntary Service Overseas (VSO) is a development organisation that fights poverty through volunteers. VSO Nepal, in coordination with VSO UK and Sarvodaya Sewasram as implementing partner in funding support from DFID, is implementing International Citizen Service (ICS) programme which promotes intercultural dialogue between young people from the UK and Nepal. It gives 18-25 year olds the chance to spend three months making a real difference to the lives of disadvantaged people.
Position: Volunteer
During this action, the young people will spend 12 weeks in Lamjung, Nepal and will live, learn and volunteer together with their UK fellow volunteers.
Qualification: Intermediate (10+2) level of education in any discipline (bachelor preferred)
Age: 18 - 25 years
