Educational Description

- Bachelors in relevant field along with training for travel and ticketing is highly preferable.
- Normal education background with interest in Ticketing can also apply.
- Previous working experience with ticketing and certificates realted to different trainings of GDS operation such as Amadeus, Abacus, Galileo is higlhy prefereable.
Job Specification

- Experience in Travel Ticketing field.
- Working knowledge of Abacus , Amadeus, Galileo
- Preferably a person who can deal with walk-in clients
- Good language skills while on telephone with a foreigner and writing / corresponding skills via email.
- Full Ticketing knowledge and experience in the same post is highly preferable

Job Description

- Answer enquiries regarding different options for travelling.
- Answer telephones, walk-in customers or travel agents who seek information regarding different travel and ticketing requirements.
