A non-governmental organization is recruiting an ED for its Technical School and its development programs. The ED will have overall responsibility for the daily operation and strategic programs, finance and outreach. S/he should also be providing leadership and visions. S/he must assist the Executive Committee with the long range and annual plans, and evaluation and reporting.
