Teach for Nepal (TFN) is a movement of outstanding university graduates working to end education inequity in Nepal, starting with two years of fellowship teaching in public schools. The fellowship is a highly competitive, challenging, and rewarding leadership development program that will prepare the participants to be lifelong leaders.

- The fellowship entails full-time teaching in public schools across Lalitpur District for two years, and extensive leadership training opportunities.
- Recent university graduates and young professionals who are passionate about social justice
- Those who have demonstrated leadership skills and interest to become life long leaders in various sectors
- University Graduates with at least a Bachelor’s degree and a strong academic record
- Highly effective communicators in both Nepali and English
