Job Description

• Receive incoming calls, transfer calls, and make outgoing calls
• Facilitate visitors, discuss purpose of visit, create good impression of company
• Maintain and Record daily accounting data
• Maintain petty cash and daily cash flow data
• Prepare daily report on cash flow
• Prepare accounting documents like Profit and Loss account, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow statements, Income Statements.
• Manage the account transactions for auditing
