Job Specifications:
- Should have sound knowledge on A.C. Plant operation and maintenance, Boiler, Chiller, Generator, Plumbing and Electrical Equipments of Hotel
- Require considerable working knowledge of other major areas in the hotel and the skill to integrate and communicate that information
- Knowledge of IT will be an added advantage
- Ability to provide information and associated services to hotel management and guests

Job Description:
-Ensure the smooth daily operation of engineering department
- Direct the maintenance staff on repairs
- Responsible for coordinating with contractors on renovations, remodels and new construction
- Develop, implement and manage emergency programs for the operation and maintenance of all equipment and physical structures
