STPP works for peace building and reconciliation in selected communities in Nepal. The objective of the project is to improve livelihoods, to foster peaceful relations and social inclusion through supporting income generation activities, market oriented skill building and vocational training, and social events. Furthermore, STPP strengthens local capacities for dialogue facilitation to constructively address resentments, arising conflicts or tensions in host communities.
