JOB SUMMARY:
The Management Trainee is a position at the Bank where she/he will be trained in overall banking, aimed at enhancing her/ his managerial efficacy. Upon successful completion she/ he will be placed in Kathmandu or outside Kathmandu as per the requirements of Nabil.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:
Completed Masters Level with Commerce, Management, Statistics, Finance, Economic or related subject to Banking or Chartered Accountancy course. The degrees should be awarded by a recognized university and applicants should possess First Division or CGPA 3.25 or above.
