The Health Research and Social Development Forum (HERD) is an independent, non-profit, non-governmental organization performing, facilitating and prioritising research which aims to improve the health and quality of life for people in Nepal. HERD's main Objective is to contribute to the development of evidence based policy and to transfer best knowledge into practice for he benefit of poor and vulnerable groups in Nepal.
