Required Qualifications and Experience: MBA with 5-8 years experience in a multinational Sales function with hands on sales operation leading to developing & successfully implementing growth strategies and business plans for a FMCG brands portfolio.
Age: Below 35
Citizenship: Nepali

The National Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving the Business top line growth for the company. S/He would need to build the sales and distribution infrastructure, systems and processes for sustained growth in Brand Sales and Market shares. S/he need to conduct trade promotions, identify and develop relevant products and sales plans to deliver competitive, profitable and sustainable top line growth. Developing strong human resources in sales team strengthen & maintain commercial and cost controls are key deliverables in the role.
S/He will have to liase with the Regional Sales Teams to ensure that sales strategies to be implemented in place.
S/He will be part of Unilever Nepal Leadership team and play an important role in implementing envisaged business plans.
