The World Bank Office, Kathmandu, Nepal seeks to recruit a dynamic professional as a Financial Management Specialist for the World Bank's South Asia Region's Financial Management (SARFM) Unit. This is a 2-year Co-terminus appointment.
The candidate should be a Professional Accountant (e.g. CPA, CA or equivalent) or possess a Master's degree in accounting, business, or finance with substantive public sector financial management experience. At least 5 years of directly relevant experience in financial management is required. Public sector and/or international experience is desirable.
This is a country office position in Nepal subject to local recruitment under the Nepal compensation plan. The World Bank offers a locally competitive package.
