Nepal National Social Welfare Association (NNSWA) established itself in 1990. Education, Health, Economic empowerment and advocacy programs focused to Dalits, Disabled, Deprived (Women, Children, Kamaiya, Displaced Community and PLWHA) constitute its core focus and expertise. NNSWA has been implanting Physical Rehabilitation Center in Kanchanpur District for providing Prosthesis and Orthoses, Physio Therapy and other Community Based Rehabilitation services to the Person with Disability in Far Western Region of Nepal.
NNSWA is inviting application from qualified persons for the following position.
Post: Rehab Centre Manager
Location: Based in Kanchanpur district, Far Western Region of Nepal

Job Profile: The Centre Manager will be based in the rehabilitation centre and work under the direct supervision of the Executive Director of the organization. S/he will be responsible for daily operational management and supervision of all the aspects of the physical rehabilitation centre and particularly for overall planning, management and monitoring of P&O workshop, physiotherapy department, counseling department and community level activities and coordination with local stakeholders and authorities.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the physical rehabilitation centre with full-fledged functioning and direct management of planning, daily execution and supervision of the rehabilitation centre's activities.
• Ensure with team for proper achievements of the physical rehabilitation objectives and targets with optimised impacts for persons with disabilities in the region.
• Manage the financial, material and logistic means of the rehabilitation centre and community outreach activities, with special attention to the agreed framework and available budget for the provision of services at the centre and in communities.
• Prepare and monitor annual, quarterly and monthly action plan of the centre activities
• Develop and implement human resource policies and procedures Ensure efficient and effective implementation of terms and conditions mentioned in partnership agreement of funding partner and other funding sources.
Requirements:
• Master in Public health with three years working experience in related field or Bachelor in Public Health with 5 years working experience in related field or Master in any Disciplinary with 5 years managerial working experience in NG0s/INGOs

• High self-motivation and attitude of adaptability
• Ability to work in close and effective coordination with the Physical Rehabilitation team
• Desire to work for person with disability
