feedback forms design & conducting polls
- Must have excellent written and
verbal communication
- Must be proficient in tasks like
Job posting, resume scanning, interviews, filing the documents, payroll
and handling employee issues
- Should have good administrative
and organisation skills
- Should update knowledge and
skills on an ongoing basis and keep abreast of relevant legislations, best
practices and trends in the market which impact employment
Job Description:
- Solve employee conflicts and

- HR administration; develop
strong relationships and effective communication between Company &
employees
- Administer compensation,
benefits and performance management systems, and safety and recreation
programs
