For Front Office Manager
QUALIFICATION : Bachelor /Graduate in Hotel Management from any Recognized institute, should possess sound knowledge of Front Office Operations.
EXPERIENCE : Should have worked for at least 4 years either as Front Office Manager or Asst. Front Office Manager in any reputed 4 / 5 star hotel.
OTHER TRAITS : The incumbent should be able to run the Front Office Operation of the Hotel efficiently. He is responsible for service standards, motivate and mobilize the available manpower for optimum return. He/She should be energetic, capable of conducting refresher and informal in-house training, generate innovative ideas and willingness to work extra hours.

QUALIFICATION : Graduate / Diploma in Hotel Management from a recognized institute.
