PROGRAMME COORDINATOR (Education, Social Development and Human Rights)
Qualifications: At least Master's Degree in education, social sciences, law or development studies
Experience
• At least 7 years of working experience in the field of education, social development, and/or human rights
• Experience in planning, management and monitoring of development programs
• Experience in governmental and/or international non-governmental organizations or the UN/Development Banks
• Experience in education sector and/or human rights and rule of law
• Experience in development policy issues
• Experience in analyzing the socio-political context in Nepal
Special skills
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in spoken and written English
• Analysis and drafting of reports and technical documents
• Good computer skills
