Program Director Vacancy - Ace Institute of Management

Job Position: Program Director – Graduate Program
Job Location: Kathmandu

Offered Salary: Negotiable

Educational Qualification:
  • Masters Degree/ preferably MBA or EMBA
  • Specialized in a functional area of management (Finance, Accounting, HRM, Marketing, Operations Research, Operations Management, MIS etc)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience.

  • Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
  • Conscientious, open minded and emotionally intelligent
  • Proven high level of organizational, leadership and analytical skills
Job Description:
  • Assume independent responsibility and lead the graduate program(s) of the institute.
  • Promote the growth and development of the assigned graduate program(s).
  • Design, plan, implement and monitor the assigned program(s) of the institute.
  • Teach and manage related program operations and academic support activities, research, train and be part of consulting assignments.
  • Maintain high levels of quality assurance, including course delivery and course evaluation  procedures
  • Provide instructional leadership and manage the day-to-day activities
