Job Position: Fund Raising Coordinator
Contract Type: Fixed term contract with the possibility of renewal.

Skills and Qualifications:
Essential:
• Graduate-level Degree in relevant field of study, or equivalent work experience
• At least three years fundraising experience, experience in the international development sector preferable
• Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing fundraising and partnerships strategies covering corporate, government, multi-lateral, partner liNGO revenue streams.
• Demonstrated ability to do both high level strategic and hands-on fundraising and partnerships work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English 8 Nepali, cross-cultural experience preferable.
Desirable:
• Development and management experience with NGOs
• Experience in training delivery and provision of in-house capacity building support
• Knowledge of relevant national and international strategies and frameworks in the areas of social accountability, empowerment, capacity building, governance and poverty issues.
