Required Qualifications:
•Have completed Bachelor’s degree in business administration and has three years of professional experience.
•Substantial experience working with disadvantaged youth, education, training-design and leadership programming is essential.
•High energy and an entrepreneurial spirit; can work with minimal structure in a young organization to realize a vision.
•Able to generate trust and rapport with youth, while also providing leadership, guidance, and compassionate authority.
•Excellent interpersonal, management, and administrative skills.
•Natural drive for excellence; conscientious, punctual, detail-orientated improvement-driven.
•Excellent in using Microsoft Word, e-mail, internet, and Microsoft Excel.
•Experience with database management and website management preferred.
