Job Position: Service Head
Required Position: 1
Required Qualification: B.E. in Mechanical
Experience: At least 5 years

• Communication
with YAMAHA INDIA & JAPAN on all service related issues
• Budget preparation & controlling
• Planning of service & parts activities
• Support Technician and manage profitability of service through proper expenses management and tracking
• Enhancing customer satisfaction by prompt After market services
• Service network expansion
• Updating of service information’s in base workshop, service dealership & branches
• Schedule and supervise the activities of the field support engineers and technicians
• Ensure good working relationship with team members and other unit coordinator
• Ensure resolutions time to faults and support benchmark and standard are maintained
• Maintain close relation with customers for sound service
• Coordination with dealers as and when required
• Coordination with all PDI depot for quality service
• Observe Mechanics Problem/skill level and recommendation for the training in a systematic way
• Good in Documentation process
• Through Technical Knowledge about PDI
• Knowledge about warranty free service and AMC
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Willing to travel across the country
